Your choices on this device
This site uses browser storage to remember your navigation language, larger-text setting and privacy choice. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to review your choice. You can also remove stored preferences in your browser settings.
Search and service reports
Search matches information already included in the website. The service report form prepares text in your browser and does not submit a municipal ticket. Its contents are not saved in browser storage. If you choose “Open email app”, the message is passed to your email application for you to review and send. Your email provider then handles that message under its own terms.
Avoid including identity numbers, banking details or other sensitive documents in a general service enquiry. Contact the relevant office to confirm a suitable method when sensitive information is required.
Business directory
Directory listings use publicly available business information. Sources and a review date are available on each listing. Businesses can request corrections or removal through the directory request form. The form prepares text locally and does not store or send your details; you choose whether to send the prepared email. Business websites and source links open external sites with their own privacy practices. Business logos are hosted on this site and are not loaded from third-party tracking services.
Accessible by design
The site includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip link, labelled form controls, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and a larger-text control. Browser zoom remains available. These features have been checked during development; they are not a certification of full accessibility compliance.
Some original municipal documents are scans and may not work well with a screen reader. For an accessible version or help completing a municipal process, call 072 596 1145 or email info@mafubelm.co.za.
Language assistance
Navigation is available in English, Sesotho and isiZulu. Detailed guides and original public documents are currently in English. Contact the municipality for language assistance.
Public information and imagery
Contact details and selected municipal documents were checked on 28 October 2026. Publication and closing dates belong to each original notice. The collection does not represent a live service-status or procurement feed. Original municipal notices take precedence over explanatory summaries.
The main landscape and customer-service images are AI-generated illustrations inspired by the setting and communities of the Free State. They are not photographs of a specific municipal project, facility, event or staff member. The municipal logo uses the approved asset supplied for this website.

The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. Contact the municipal office with questions about website operation or a privacy concern.
